East Midlands Trains - 158 Refurbishment Contract

DeltaRail's CEO, Anna Matthews, and Tim Shoveller, Managing Director of East Midlands Trains on the award to DeltaRail of its 158 refurbishment contract.

The multi million pound refurbishment programme, which will be carried out over the next 20 months, will see all 25 of the company's Class 158 trains going through a complete overhaul.

£10 Million Train Refurbishment Starts for East Midlands Trains

The first week in August marks the start of the East Midlands Trains 158 refurbishment. Work on the first of the 158 trains will be complete by early October. East Midlands Trains project manager for the refurbishment programme said: "This is the start of a very exciting time for East Midlands Trains. Several months of planning and design are now starting to come to fruition as the first of our class 158 trains goes to DeltaRail for its makeover".
