Sheena has over 20 years of senior HR management experience, primarily with AEA Technology plc where she worked with various Divisions working within the nuclear, oil and gas, and process industries. Sheena was appointed in 2002 as HR Director of AEA Technology Rail, and subsequently since the formation of DeltaRail has taken on responsibility for Quality, Safety and Environment, IT and Facilties as well as HR.
