Integrated Roster Management (IRMA)
The Product
IRMA, the Integrated Roster Manager system, is DeltaRail's crew rostering package. It is designed to support the efficient planning and day-to-day management of train crew and non-train crew staff.
Through the creation of efficient rosters, IRMA reduces the costs of staff rostering, including non-compliance issues, and improves the delivery and performance of the train service. The integrated time and attendance system, IVOR, provides depot staff with additional help with on-the-day rescheduling of staff.
IRMA is used by a number of the UK's major train and public transport operators. Recent installations include the London based operators LOROL and Southeastern. IRMA continues to respond to customer requirements and the changing industry. DeltaRail's IRMA team has a wealth of development expertise and rostering knowledge that supports product development and its user community.
