Sale of AEA Technology Rail Business Completed

We are pleased to announce that AEA Technology Rail was sold on 1st September as part of a portfolio sale to funds managed by Vision Capital, a leading investment fund based in London.

The company's trading name will remain as AEA Technology Rail name for an interim period, and a new name and corporate identity will be announced in due course.
