DeltaRail develops and maintains its core engineering knowledge in support of many of its activities. For example, the effective assessment of mechanical failures, derailments and poor mechanical operability relies heavily on a sound understanding of basic engineering specialities.
Our engineering expertise includes the following areas:
- Electrical Engineering Systems - technical support and consultancy covering specification, development, design, modelling, analysis and investigation of electrical systems from low voltage control through to high voltage power systems on both trains and the infrastructure.
- Mechanical Engineering Systems - technical support and consultancy covering specification, development, design, modelling, analysis and investigation of train-based mechanical systems and components.
