The Quality Management System is applicable to:
Design, development, consultancy, patents, project management,
engineering, testing services (including fatigue and tensile)
within the railway and automotive industries worldwide. Manufacture
of testing and monitoring equipment, including embedded software.
Durability Management, materials evaluation, road load data
collection and analysis. Design and development of bespoke,
safety critical and real-tile software for signalling, vehicle
fleet management, vehicle dynamics simulation, durability, fatigue,
NHV and asset management systems and signal-processing software
products.
Independent Safety Assessment
DeltaRail has successfully achieved accreditation from Network Rail for its Independent Safety Assessment (ISA) personnel and process. The accreditation covers the full range of ISA work and underlines the in-depth capabilities and skills held within the company.
Vehicle Acceptance Body
DeltaRail has been assessed and registered as meeting requirements of PS305/04 "Specification for Vehicle Acceptance and Conformance Certification Bodies Operating Network Rail's Process for Engineering Acceptance of Rail Vehicles". Approved by The Railway Safety and Standards Board Limited.
Conformance Certification Body
DeltaRail has been assessed and registered as meeting the requirements of PS305/04 "Specification for Vehicle Acceptance and Conformance Certification Bodies Operating Network Rail's Process for Engineering Acceptance of Rail Vehicles". Approved by The Railway Safety and Standards Board Limited.
Contractor's Assurance Case
DeltaRail's assurance case has been accepted by Network Rail as meeting the Safety, Quality and Environment requirements of Network Rail, for work on the Network Rail controlled infrastructure.
Link-up – supplier qualification and registration scheme
DeltaRail is an accredited supplier under the Link-up scheme. (ID number 23470)
The Link-up Database provides procurement and engineering professionals across the UK rail industry with detailed, up-to-date information on a large number of current and potential suppliers.
The Link-up Database assists rail companies in complying with
EU Legislation, as well as eliminating the need to place individual
calls for competition in the Official Journal of the European
Communities. It also assists rail companies towards compliance
with Railway Group Standards and in developing and maintaining
a Railway Safety Case.
