Anglia Route choose Luminate TMS
Network Rail’s Anglia Route have chosen Luminate Traffic Management System to support decision making across their most critical infrastructure area. Following on from Luminate’s success on the Western Route, Anglia have contracted Resonate to implement the TMS across the whole of the area controlled by the Liverpool Street signalling centre. This covers the main routes from Liverpool Street through Stratford, continuing to Colchester Cambridge and Southend, and also the lines North to Stanstead airport. The area sees over 2,700 trains per day, including high speed intercity, commuter and local, and freight services.
The contract uses the same innovative Software as a Service based contract as that on Western. Encouraging collaborative working and ensuring continuous improvement. Implementation is planned for only a year with Network Rail Anglia taking the lead on Business Change, whilst Resonate configures the system and works with Network Rail RSIT, NRT and Digital Railway to deploy.
