Network Rail Western, GWR, Worldline and Resonate agree to deploy Crew and Stock system interfaces with Luminate TMS
Network Rail Western and GWR have agreed a contract with Worldline and Resonate to trial interfaces between the Integrale Crew and Stock system in use at GWR and Luminate TMS in use on the Western Route. These interfaces will enable Luminate to identify conflicts and issues for Crew and Stock caused by late running services, and also highlight any services where Crew allocations may be missing.
It is planned that GWR will have access to Luminate alongside their Western colleagues, enabling closer working and improved communication between the teams.
The interfaces will use Network Rail’s LINX message broker to pass information from both systems to the other.
